| OUR GUARANTEE The Health of the dog is guaranteed for 10 days, during which in that time an examination by a veterinarian, at the expense of the buyer, is required to show that it is not in good health. Your puppy comes with a “Health and Immunization Record” which provides you with information on what shots your puppy has received and when. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to make sure your puppy obtains all recommended future immunizations. We strongly urge you to discuss the remaining shots needed and when they are to be administered with your veterinarian. We represent your puppy to be of good companion quality. We sell all puppies with a “Limited Registration” The buyer agrees to provide adequate veterinary care. Unfortunately, some people do not take good care of their puppy, and so we do not and cannot give any guarantees other than the above. This guarantee is for a period of 10 days from the date of delivery and liability is limited to return of puppy and refund of payment or replacement of puppy with another one to be selected by the buyer, if another one is available.
